Depending on your goals, sessions may also include gentle soft tissue techniques such as cupping and scraping to help relieve built-up tension, improve circulation, and support tissue health. Mobility Mastery Sessions
A 45-minute Mobility Mastery session is a one-on-one, hands-on experience designed to help your body move and feel better. Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand how you’re feeling and where you’re holding tension, so treatment is tailored to your needs that day.
You’ll be guided through full-body passive stretching, allowing your muscles to fully relax while mobility is restored safely and comfortably. Depending on your goals, the session may also include soft tissue techniques such as instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and cupping to help reduce tightness, improve circulation, and promote recovery.
These sessions are ideal for improving flexibility, easing stiffness, and supporting overall movement and recovery—without the effort of an active workout.
